Our primary office is located just south of St. Louis, MO in the small town of Hillsboro. We ship products throughout the United States and worldwide.

How does the Midwest ATV Affiliate Program work?
Once registered as an affiliate, you simply select from the provided banners, buttons and hyperlinks and place them on your website. When a visitor to your site clicks on one of these specially coded links, then makes a purchase from Midwest ATV you earn 5% commission. Once a referral is made, commissions are earned on all valid purchases that customer maker within a 2 week period.

How are orders tracked & credited to my website?
Specially coded banners, button and text links are provided to you through the Midwest ATV Affiliate Program once you have looged into the affiliate program login. These links register your unique account with Midwest ATV every time a visitor to your site clicks the link. If that customer then makes a purchase at Midwest ATV immediately or any time within the next 2 weeks, the sale is automatically credited to your account.

How much do I earn?
Commissions will be paid at a rate of 5% based the sale amount (less shipping & taxes) of each valid purchase made by visitors referred from your website through the provided affiliate banners, buttons or text links. All sales must be verified valid by Midwest ATV and commissions are not earned on orders that must be canceled or refunded for any reason including but not limited to fraud, denied credit cards, unavailable items, per customer request, etc.

When will I be paid my earned commissions?
At the end of every month, Midwest ATV pays earned commissions direct to you, provided the balance is greater than $25. If your balance has not reached that amount by the end of the month, the balance will keep rolling over to the next month until it exceeds $25. At that time, we will issue you a check or send payment through PayPal.

How can I monitor sales and earned commissions?
Midwest ATV provides affiliate program members with account reporting tools to track clicks, sales and commissions earned with a simple click of a button.

Is my website eligible for the Midwest ATV affiliate program?
Midwest ATV welcomes most all websites, including but not limited to small personal sites, news, schools, charities, shopping sites and corporate websites. Anyone can submit an application, however, we reserve the right to reject or terminate affiliate relationship deemed unacceptable based on our sole discretion.
Expressly Prohibited Content and Practices:
- Copy or resemble the look and feel of the Midwest ATV website.
- Use any means to create the impression that your website is our website or any part of our website including without limitation framing of our website in any manner or URL manipulation.
- Use of Midwest ATV in the display URL. Affiliates must use their own web address in the display URL.
- Alteration of banners, buttons or text links provided through Midwest ATV or use of non-provided links.
- Violation of our Trademarks and/or copyright laws. No images or other content may be copied from the Midwest ATV website without our prior written consent.
- Discriminatory themes, promotion of violent groups or illegal acts, sexually explicit sites including pornography and use of explicit language.
- Use of parasite software. Midwest ATV does not permit affiliates to promote using downloadable applications or software that redirects traffic.
- Inappropriate advertisements including false or misleading claims and links.
- Sending unsolicited SPAM email. We HATE SPAM!
